Wow, I can’t beleave we’re almost half way through January, how time flies! Well Christmas seems far, far away and winter is well and truly here and there’s still snow on the hills and high ground. We hope you had a great festive season and Santa brought you what you wanted. Have any of you made New Years resolutions? I don’t make any as I know I will break them before the weeks out!
I spent Christmas with my family down South, so lovely to be with the little ones on Christmas morning. I came back on New Year’s Day and then Karen flew out to warmer climates, Cape Verdi with beautiful sunshine – 30 degrees! She’s back on Monday hope she’s got her winter woolies close to hand, she’s in for a bit of a shock 😮 Sadly that’s our galavanting over for a few months and it’s back to work now.
Tuesday saw the first workshop of 2017, our regular Tuesday afternoon workshop aimed at beginers to intermediates. Our lovely ladies made a desk calendar and covered a journal in their own style, they did a fantastic job and they have only been papercrafting for 6 months!
We have our first Saturday workshop on 21st January 11-3pm Stamp-a-Sack of 10 cards, 2 designs using 5 different stamp sets from the new Spring/Summer, Sale-a-Bration (SAB) and Annual StampinUp catalogues.
If you would like to attend the workshop you will need to book your place by clicking on the Workshops tab on our website, then click on Saturday workshops and the details of the workshop and the booking/payment button can be accessed. The cost of the workshop includes all resources to complete the cards, expert tuition/support, opertunity to try out Stampin Up’s quality products, spend time with fellow crafters, have fun, a few laughs, drink tea and eat cake!
We hope you can make it and we look forward to seeing you so Happy Crafting 😊
